In your role as an Accounting Associate, you will:

  • Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions
  • Enter invoices and/or route invoices
  • Help maintain W-9's and insurance for all active vendors.
  • Attach images in Timberscan / Timberline for required transactions.
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
  • 1099 Printing and Reconciliation
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience you will bring to this role:

  • An Associate degree in accounting, finance, business management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of two plus (2+) years related work experience
  • Work experience in handling high volume Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in Excel and a working knowledge of other Microsoft programs required
  • Timberline / accounting software experience preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
